I identify myself as a foodie, a photographer, and a nutritional enthusiast. In March 2010 my husband Brian and I decided to get serious about our health. I am always seeking ways to improve upon the healthier lifestyle we’ve carved out for ourselves, by confronting my demons, and devising new ways to eat well and stay fit. I am always inspired by those who set the bar high and work hard to achieve their objectives. In turn I want to share what I have learned over the course of my fitness journey and inspire others to live out their dreams of being healthier, stronger, and most importantly, happier. I am not a certified expert on life, nutrition, or fitness. My desire is that this website will be a resource for healthy, delicious recipes, and perspective that will empower you to achieve your personal goals.
