“What’s a Christmas Graham? I want one!!!”
Ok, so I may have watched Elf before Halloween this year. And I may have done that last year as well. What can I say, Buddy The Elf is a personal hero of mine. He always looks on the bright side of life, and his happiness is infectious. So in honor of Buddy, here is my take on the Christmas Graham.
Christmas Graham Parfait
Ingredients:
1/2 cup non-fat Greek Plain Yogurt (I prefer Chobani)*
1 Graham Cracker (I Prefer Trader Joe’s)
1/2 cup serving of JELL-O Cook& Serve Chocolate Fudge Pudding, cooled
(prepared according to directions with 2 cups non-fat milk and 1/2 Tbsp Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa Powder.)
1 peppermint around 20 calories or 1/2 a crumbled candy cane
Directions:
1. Layer pudding on top of yogurt
2. Crumble Graham over pudding
3. Crush Mint and arrange on top of the parfait in a festive manner
4. Enjoy with a cup of peppermint tea!
More Christmas Graham Please!!!
*feel free to substitute Vanilla yogurt if that suites your tastes buds better, just be mindful that this will up the caloric and sugar count in this recipe
